Here is my very important Gold Certificate showing that I lost 93lb in just under a year.

Best of luck with your sainsburys makeover bid. Just wanted to say thanks because reading your blog this past year has been one of the driving forces for me losing six stone since January 2008. I am a journalist and work shifts and am ( hate to say it) over 50, and was consistently very overweight for 20 years. So you can imagine how much the weight loss and moving from size 22/24 to 12/14 means to me. We are off skiing in a couple of weeks and again in February. Thanks again, Clare
Hi Clare, thanks for the lovely message. It is fantastic to hear that I have inspired you! You have done incredibly well and I hope you are enjoying your new found size :o) Skiing is something that I haven’t tried properly yet (downhill anyway) and I think it needs to be added to my “to do” list!
